Malta racing car races to the finish line

Malta’s racing car team has beaten Austria to claim its first championship in eight years, as it continues to fight to win the Formula E championship.

The Maltese team, known as F1 Maltese, has claimed the first title in its eight-year history with a fourth place finish in Sunday’s race at the Circuit de Monaco.

“The car’s pace is unbelievable, we’re in the lead now,” F1 Malta’s owner said in a statement on Sunday.

“I think we’re at the front of the pack.

I’m very proud.

It was a great achievement for me.”

The Maltish team has already qualified for next year’s Formula E season, having completed a single race in 2015.

The team’s driver, Maximiliano Fisichella, said he was proud to have made the step from Formula 1 to Formula E, saying the “opportunity is there”.

“I’ve been dreaming about it for a long time,” Fisincella said.

F1 racing in Malta F1 has been run in Malta since 2006.

The sport is currently in its second season with four teams in the Formula 1 grid.

It is the second season in a row that the Maltese racing team has finished third or fourth in the championship standings, with F1 Racing Malta finishing fifth in 2016.

The teams first win in the Maltic championship came in 2014, when the team took pole position in the finale to the Formula Renault 2.0 championship in France.
